Tour Guide and Coordinator

Are you passionate about music and love working with young people? Do you enjoy travel, education, and cultural experiences? We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and musically-inclined tour guides and assistants to support educational music tours across the UK and abroad.
You'll be responsible for:
Accompanying student groups (ages 12-18) on music-focused educational tours.
Assisting with logistics, rehearsals, and performances.
Supporting group leaders and ensuring student safety and engagement.
Providing historical or cultural context related to music and locations.
Creating a positive and enriching experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Help manage daily tour schedules and transport logistics.
Coordinate with venues, conductors, and local partners.
Engage with students and encourage a respectful and fun group dynamic.
Support music rehearsals and performances (technical or logistical).
Act as a liaison between schools and local hosts.
Requirements:
A valid passport.
Background in music, education, youth work, or tour guiding.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confident working with young people in group settings.
Ability to travel (UK and/or abroad) for up to 14 days at a time.
First Aid trained (preferred).
DBS check (or willing to obtain).
Renumeration as per market standards.
