KIG People Analytics Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities:
People Data Analytics & Insights: Lead the design and delivery of people analytics dashboards and reports. Analyse workforce trends, performance metrics, and engagement data to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders within KIG. Translate complex data into clear narratives that inform talent strategies and business decisions.
Performance Management and Talent Development: Support the design and delivery of performance and development frameworks. Use data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms. Analyse results to identify drivers of engagement and recommend targeted interventions.
Recruitment Pipeline Analytics: Collaborate with the KIG Head of Recruitment to track and optimise recruitment metrics. Use data to assess sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, and candidate quality, and recommend improvements.
Talent Management: Develop and maintain talent models, succession planning tools, and predictive analytics to identify high-potential talent and future people needs.


Skills and Capabilities:
Data Collection and Analysis: Determine and analyse trends from collected data to present recommendations to senior leadership.
People Analytics Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, or other HR analytics platforms.
Assessment: Assimilate and interpret data from various sources to draw conclusions and make strategic recommendations.
Business Insight: Apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance our KIG People goals.
Performance Management Process Design: Build a high-performance culture through data-informed program design.


Qualifications:
Degree-level education in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience working unsupervised in a data-driven HR or talent management role.
