We are looking for an experience Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen at the Palace Hotel and Casino and also potentially covering the Sefton Hotel. You will be working in all sections of the kitchen supporting your team on day- to-day basis. We have a lively busy kitchen combining a mixture of carvery and plated meals with two busy restaurant serving areas. Applicants for this position must have 1-2 years experience, work with a positive attitude towards creating good quality food in a friendly environment.
