CleerVu.com is an audio/visual (AV) specialist company based on the Isle of Man. We design and install smart AV systems in homes and businesses - from multi-room sound and home cinema setups to meeting rooms, security cameras, and lighting control. We're growing and looking for a hands-on Junior to join our team. This is a chance to learn everything from the ground up and build a long-term career in the AV industry.
We're looking for someone aged 16+ who's curious, practical, and eager to learn. You don't need any experience, just a good attitude and willingness to get stuck in. If you're interested in tech, gadgets or how things work, this could be the perfect start. You'll need to be polite, well-presented, and comfortable working in homes and offices. A tidy mind and good timekeeping are essential, and you should be happy doing both indoor and outdoor work in all weathers.
Your day-to-day work will include helping with AV installs in both residential and commercial spaces. You'll run cables, mount screens and speakers, and set up audio systems, TVs, and networking gear. You'll learn how to test, troubleshoot, and prepare equipment. You'll help keep the van and workshop tidy and assist senior engineers on real jobs across the island. We'll also teach you the importance of working safely and respecting people's property.
