Payroll Administrator

This role is responsible for preparing and processing client timesheets, invoices, and expenses, allocating funds received from agencies to individual client accounts, and managing client payroll to ensure all deductions are accurately calculated and applied.
Additional duties include maintaining up-to-date client records, submitting pension files to providers on a regular basis, and handling payroll-related queries within agreed service level timelines.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in contractor payroll, with a solid understanding of UK tax regulations, payroll operations, statutory deductions, and pension contributions. The role requires someone who can manage a high-volume workload efficiently and operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

To thrive in this role, you'll need a keen eye for detail and solid communication and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level. Strong numerical and communication skills are essential, as is a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
