About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll provide hands-on care that upholds our commitment to dignity, independence, and person-centred support. Working initially with direct supervision until your comfortable to work independently, you'll support individuals in their own homes and within the community, helping them maintain their quality of life safely and respectfully
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering daily personal, social, and domestic support in line with individualised care plans.
Liaising with families, health professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated support.
Keeping accurate, confidential records and escalating concerns where necessary.
Promoting a culture of safety, respect, and continuous learning.
What We're Looking For:

Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to achieve a NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
