Our client is looking for an Administration Manager for 3 months. The post holder will manage the administration processes, including and not limited to stakeholder questions, statistical and record database maintenance, swift and accurate responses to stakeholders commitments, paperwork and associated administration. The post holder will be required to work to strict deadlines with discretion, diplomacy and with sound judgement. The role will require the Officer to create, maintain and distribute reports/spreadsheets, for example relating to matters. Main Duties & Responsibilities: To deliver the Programme by ensuring proactive, accurate and timely progression of all necessary Business in accordance with the timetable for submission. Provide assistance and information to colleagues with regards to Processes. To provide support to the Executive Assistant to the Senior Stakeholders, carrying out tasks as required. The role holder will be required to be highly accurate, highly organised, a good team player and resilient.
