Job Role: Responsible for the smooth, effective and efficient running of CIRCA Charity, including ensuring administrative tasks are undertaken as required and overseeing the maintenance of the CIRCA office/shop. Responsible for the supervision/management of CIRCA staff (currently one part time and two part time maintenance engineers). Responsible for Shopmobility Service users ensuring necessary training in the use of mobility equipment and making sure all equipment is clean and in good working order. Responsible for ensuring CIRCA's Website, as well as media presence, is maintained and kept up to date. Responsible for organising CIRCA's Management Committee/Board meeting and AGM and circulating papers as required, as well as attendance at such meetings and production of Centre Update reports.
