Our client is seeking a Junior Statutory & Compliance Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance of regulatory registers Maintenance of client statutory records. Preparation of documents for filing with Companies Registry. Incorporation and dissolution of companies. Assisting with assessing due diligence requirements for new clients. Transaction screening. Sanctions screening. PEP screening. Assisting with on-going monitoring of client entities. Preparing and reviewing customer risk assessments. Assisting with compliance monitoring reviews. Assisting with data collection for regulatory reporting. Key Skills & Experience. 5 GCSEs including Maths and English. Ideally at least 1 years' experience in a compliance and statutory role. Be able to work to strict deadlines Be able to work under pressure. Working as part of a team. Have good organisational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to prioritise tasks in order of importance. Good working knowledge with Excel, Word, and Outlook. There will be scope to study towards a relevant compliance qualification.
