We have a new opportunity for a full-time Food and Beverage Assistant to join our busy Food and Beverage Team in our 4* Hotel. The F&B Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional service in the restaurant, bars, or event spaces. The duties include greeting and seating guests, taking and delivering orders, preparing beverages, handling payments, assisting with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations. Additionally, they may help with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service is delivered. r

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, high accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience.r

Previous experience is desirable although training will be provided.r
