Position: Operations & Sales Support Assistant. Location: Isle of Man Head Office (Balthane Ind Est). We’re hiring an Operations & Sales Support Assistant to join our fast-growing global distribution team at our Isle of Man Head Office. As the exclusive UK, Canada, and Africa agent for Swedish Smokeless Solutions’ premium nicotine pouch brands, we’re looking for a proactive, hands-on individual to support daily operations. The role includes warehouse duties, order packing and dispatch processing, stock control, and basic invoicing. You’ll also help manage a select group of head office customer relationships and follow up on debtors. Basic social media skills would be a plus, as the opportunity to assist with content posting and brand engagement would be advantageous. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious international business and gain wide-ranging experience across operations, sales, and marketing.
