Verve Training is expanding, and we’re looking for a junior or trainee coach to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the fitness industry. Full training will be provided, and no prior coaching experience is required – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
The role involves supporting our small group personal training sessions, helping clients with form, motivation, and progress. You’ll work closely with our lead coach and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence and skill set grow.
The successful candidate will be someone who is friendly, energetic, a good communicator, and genuinely enjoys helping others improve their health.
We’re looking for someone who is either considering or already pursuing a fitness qualification and who wants to build a long-term future in the industry. This role is not just a short-term job – it’s a chance to grow with the business and become a valued part of the coaching team.
