The successful candidates will demonstrate integrity and flexibility, an ability to maintain professional working boundary's and remain calm in emergencies, be passionate and caring in the delivery of person centred care to promote independence, enabling our service users to remain living in their own home. Your role will involve working night shifts including weekends and bank holiday, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to listen to others are essential, write basic reports and record information accurately, Caros Care will pay you to attend all mandatory training, supervisions and appraisals.
Applicants are required to have 2 satisfactory references and a full enhanced DBS check at their own cost. A full clean driving licence is essential for this role and access to your own vehicle.
