Our client seeks a Marketing Executive to join their team. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies & objectives. Create and publish engaging content across social media, newsletters, and website platforms, working with the Marketing Manager and Design Team. Assist with drafting press releases, articles, and stakeholder communications to promote events and community initiatives. Manage promotional campaigns across paid and organic channels, including social media and digital advertising. Monitor and report on marketing and campaign performance using analytics tools, making recommendations for optimisation. Collaborate with the wider team to support the planning and delivery of internal and external events, including event logistics, registration, and promotional activity. Key Responsibilities: Support the organisation and reporting including liaising with champions, scheduling meetings, managing membership lists, and facilitating knowledge-sharing. Assist with the development of event-specific marketing materials and administrative tasks related to community and event delivery. Contribute to the preparation of reports, case studies, and impact statements showcasing community engagement and event outcomes. Help maintain relevant budgets and track campaign and event expenditure. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and policies. Deliver day-to-day marketing and events activity and support strategic initiatives. Develop and publish tailored content that enhances community engagement and stakeholder participation. Key Skills & Experience: 5 GCSEs including English Language or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good organisational and administrative skills. Have sufficient experience creating engaging marketing content or materials. Have experience in tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics. Have had exposure to budgets or working within allocated resources. Are positive and team-oriented, demonstrating a constructive approach to work. Build supportive relationships with colleagues. Are professional and credible. Demonstrate familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and channels. Have proven project coordination skills and ensure tasks are completed within set deadlines. Are highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at the same time. Are future-focused and a creative thinker who can implement creative and engaging marketing content. Have good IT skills and are a proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, and basic AI tools. Are comfortable dealing with and influencing a variety of people at different levels in different situations Encourage innovation and support change. Understand processes and policies.
