Our client is seeking a Senior Medical Secretary with strong administrative and customer service skills to join their team for a short contract. Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently transcribe audio dictation with speed and clarity. Provide high-quality administrative support in a professional medical setting. Manage communications via email and telephone, offering excellent customer service. Use a range of computer systems and office software to complete daily tasks. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in audio typing with fast and accurate transcription abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident IT user with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related systems. Background in a Senior Secretary or Medical Secretary role is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
