Transport Planner - Nights 2pm-11pm

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking road freight operator. Based on the Isle of Man, the Transport Planner will be an integral part of the transport office team, supporting day-to-day operations and helping ensure the efficient movement of goods.
We are seeking motivated individuals looking to learn, grow, and progress within the transport and logistics industry. Full in-house training will be provided, with a path for development into full transport planning responsibilities.
Perform a range of transport-related administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Work alongside experienced planners to develop knowledge in route planning and transport regulations.
Control and monitor access to and from the site.
Conduct comprehensive driver debriefs, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
Complete vehicle cosmetic condition audits (weekend shifts only) and report any discrepancies.
Step into the role of planner during periods of absence once training is complete.
Assist the Transport Manager in identifying and building relationships with subcontracted transport providers.
Maintain active communication with warehouse and operations staff to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
