Our client, a leading life assurance provider, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join their Contact Centre team in Castletown. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with life assurance experience who enjoys delivering high-quality service.
You’ll be the first point of contact for policyholders and advisers, handling calls and emails, resolving queries, and ensuring each interaction reflects the company’s service standards. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to support issue resolution.
Candidates should have at least two years’ experience in life assurance, excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
