At Quay Dental, we pride ourselves on delivering a warm, professional experience for every patient — and our front of house team is central to making that happen. Following the internal promotion of our existing Receptionist, we’re now looking for a full-time Front of House Experience Lead to join us at the heart of the practice, and take on this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service who enjoys a busy, people-focused environment and brings a keen eye for detail. You’ll be the friendly, reliable presence patients first meet when they walk through the door or call us — ensuring appointments run smoothly and that every interaction feels personal and professional.
While dental or healthcare experience is a plus, it’s your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to put people at ease that matter most. If you’re organised, confident, and take pride in helping things run like clockwork, this could be the perfect fit.
