Hopes & Dreams Childcare Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our largest nursery at Woodbourne Road in Douglas.
This full-time leadership role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a team of 21 staff, supporting up to 77 children per day in a Curiosity Approach-accredited setting.
Essential Requirements: A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years; A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience; Proven experience in nursery or childcare management; Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills; A strong commitment to child-led learning and emotional well-being.
