We are looking for a confident and experienced Chef to manage the kitchen, develop the menu to include a Sunday lunch and also put together function packages. You must be a team player and able to lead the small team we have. Ideally you will have some experience in writing menus and budgeting. Hours will include a Saturday and Sunday - No split shifts.
