We are seeking a reliable and motivated Estate Worker to join our team at a fully operational equestrian yard. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality across the estate. Key duties will include general cleaning, grounds upkeep, minor repairs, and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the property. A full driving licence is essential. While prior experience with horses is advantageous, it is not a requirement; the role will, however, involve working in proximity to a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, and peacocks; so animal lover is a distinct advantage. We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, practical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
