Vehicle Service and Repair Advisor (Motortrade)

You will be expected to carry out a range of duties which include but are not restricted to the following: Working with the Aftersales Manager who is your Manager, you will be, responsible for booking work in, over-seeing vehicle repairs/servicing through the workshop, Dealing with both internal & external customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, whilst ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Maintaining regular customer contact to update and book future work, dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face. Allocation and handover of customer service liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles & Customer follow-up, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibility for the administration & deployment of Courtesy vehicles in liaison with Car Hire Department
The administration of Nissan Warranty & in-house used vehicle warranty - training to be provided.
To provide Fleet Management Services for the Car Rental department with respect to, repairs, Servicing & general Maintenance of the vehicles including the sub-contracting of any necessary body repair.
General office duties, filing & housekeeping.
