This is an opportunity to lead operational excellence by providing expert guidance, driving process improvement, supporting team development and ensuring continuity and quality in Service Delivery – whilst also deputising for the Team Leader during periods of absence or leave.
Key responsibilities are, act as the go-to expert for complex queries, systems and process guidance, ensuring consistency and accuracy in Service delivery, lead and support process improvement, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, coaching and mentoring to foster a high collaborating team, and in addition, to deputise in the Team Leaders absence or leave.

Skills and experience required is as follows, proven experience in an operational role, demonstrate the ability to lead and support process improvement initiatives, ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
