As our Conveyancing Administrator/Secretary, you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling a diverse range of responsibilities including customer service, dealing with clients and agents - being the friendly and efficient first point of contact, taking calls and providing essential updates to clients and agents.

You will be expected to have a high level of administrative excellence, mastering all aspects of general office and secretarial administration, from meticulous scanning and filing to preparing crucial letters. This is critical to be able to offer support in assisting with physical exchanges and completions at our advocates' offices and managing important filings at the Land Registry, as well as business support providing accurate quotes and helping with the efficient allocation of work within the team.

Data management maintaining organised spreadsheets and ensuring our records are always up-to-date, leading to a level of onboarding expertise, skilfully opening new files and dispatching terms of business with precision, essential preparations and sending out local authority searches.

Compliance champion conducting thorough conflict checks and diligently reviewing KYC, CDD, source of funds, and source of wealth information. Your meticulous attention here will be key in ensuring all is in order before files are passed to our fee earners – significantly improving our departmental efficiency!

Completion handover managing file closing procedures and sending comprehensive final reports to banks and clients.
