Customer Services Consultant

The Customer Services Consultant will act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses through phone, email, or online channels. They will guide clients through the relocation process while maintaining accurate client records and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to improve service delivery and provide feedback for platform development, as well as assisting with the preparation of client-facing documents, reports, and updates to ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, particularly the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. The consultant should also be able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment, while being proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online platforms and systems. Given the company’s target market, Mandarin-speaking and writing language skills are preferred.
