Job Information: To participate as part of the caring team working under indirect supervision, ensuring the individual needs, privacy and rights of the residents are met regarding their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual requirements.
To support the Qualified Staff in maintaining a high standard of nursing care. To support qualified members of staff in the assessment of health needs, planning, delivery, and evaluation.
