Crema Limited is a fast growing Starbucks franchise, with our first Drive Thru opened in 2022 and plenty more exciting opportunities on the horizon.
We are looking to add to our team of Supervisors, with the role covering both of our sites.
Full time applicants only to be considered.
The role will cover all workdays, including the busy weekends and evenings, so flexibility on availability is key.
As a Supervisor, you directly report into the Store Manager and have responsibility for running shifts, with a team of Baristas working under you. Knowledge and passion about coffee is essential.
For this particular role, applicants must have considerable experience within an existing Starbucks setting, whether that be a Barista wishing to move up the ladder, or an existing Starbucks Supervisor.
Applicants must have a proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced industry and being able to handle pressure well.
