We are currently seeking a full-time Cleaning Supervisor to lead our teams. The position entails 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 15:00 to 22:00. Flexibility is required, with occasional morning, weekend, and bank holiday work. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating the cleaning crew, maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and effectively communicating with team members and management. Applicants must possess a full, clean manual driving licence, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We offer 25 days of annual leave, a uniform, sick benefit, a contributory Health Care Plan, a contributory Pension Fund, and company-funded Employee Welfare Support.
