We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a smart and presentable appearance, reflecting the professionalism expected in a security role. Successful applicants must possess the ability to work effectively both independently, taking initiative and responsibility, and as a collaborative member of a small team, supporting colleagues and contributing to collective objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position, enabling officers to accurately document incidents, communicate clearly with colleagues and the public, and respond effectively to various situations. While a driving license would be considered an advantage due to the island-wide nature of the work and the potential need for travel between sites, it is not an essential requirement for application.
