Our client seeks a Banking & Client Operations Senior Analyst to join their team. Role Profile: This role is key to delivering first class service to clients including payment & digital banking service delivery ensuring service execution and controls are carried out right first time, monitored, analysed and validated in line with business risk appetite and AML & FT controls; You will be accountable for the day-to-day client experience ensuring the client journey is delivered to a high standard of efficiency and accuracy every time. Internal business partner interactions are to be effectively managed efficiently and accurately ensuring the client remains at the heart of everything we do. Key Responsibilities: Client Communications, Manage secure digital communications (inwards and outwards) Engage with business partners to ensure the client journey is priority in all interactions, Supporting active clients on navigation and execution, Payment Execution; Authorisation, Payment monitoring of inward & outward client payments, Internal account reconciliation Transaction Monitoring, Transaction control alerts, Sanction control alerts, Report Analysis, BACS reports, Overnight Status Reports, Internal Suspense account reconciliation, Additional Account Opening, Capital Call Accounts, Fixed Term Deposit Accounts, Fiduciary Accounts, Ad-hoc Exceptions Processing, Internal Journals Account Closures, Third Party / Counterparty Relationship Engagement, Payment recall/trace, SWIFT messaging (Payment Queries)Compliant/Incident Reporting Contribution ;Key Skills and Experience: A working knowledge in the use of AML risk mitigation tools, such as automated transaction monitoring systems, due diligence research, and web-based investigation techniques, Experience of working with AML processes and procedures, alongside an awareness of up to date trends, policies, and regulations. You'll also be able to work accurately to deadlines and with high levels of attention to detail. Knowledge of Bank products, processes, and banking systems and understanding of the financial services industry. Able to verbally, and in writing, communicate clear and concise messages to clients and colleague.
