Key responsibilities include marinating meats and vegetables with specific spices, monitoring and maintaining the oven's temperature, upholding strict food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborating on menu development. The role requires practical skills in a fast-paced, hot environment, an understanding of traditional flavors, and sometimes involves training junior staff.
