Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure the daily housekeeping operations are to Hotel Standards. This will included high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms, public areas, and back of house spaces.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff on assigned shifts.
Allocate duties and monitor performance to ensure company standards are consistently met.
Address any concerns with the housekeeping team, resolve issues and inform management when needed.
Inspect guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other public areas for cleanliness on a daily basis.
Assist in hands on cleaning.
Monitor stock levels of cleaning products, linen, and guest supplies to ensure timely restocking to avoid shortages.
Maintain accurate records of stock usage and deliveries.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold Hotel standards.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant departments.
Ideal Requirements for the Role:
Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy – Training will be given on the Hotel software.
Flexibility to work and 5 days out of 7, this may include weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
