Site Labourer

As a Labourer with New Earth Construction, you will play a key role in supporting our site teams across a range of construction projects. Responsibilities include assisting tradespeople, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, moving and preparing materials, and carrying out general site duties as directed by the site manager. We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking and physically fit, with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards teamwork. A full driving licence is preferable, and previous experience on construction sites is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate. Applicants must have good communication skills, follow health and safety procedures, and be punctual and dependable. Pay will be in line with experience.
