About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Quarry Foreman / Fitter to join our small but diverse team. This is a practical, varied role where you’ll be at the heart of daily quarry operations — keeping our machinery in top condition, making sure the team works safely and smoothly, and stepping in with your own skills when things need fixing fast.
You’ll need a mix of mechanical know-how, leadership, and common sense. It’s a busy, sometimes challenging environment, but also a rewarding one — where your work directly supports construction projects across the Isle of Man.
