The role involves providing effective assistance and support to the Pension Administration team, including processing new business applications and transfers, preparing plan schedules and benefit calculations, and arranging member benefit payments. You’ll also carry out account reconciliations, ensure the accuracy and security of client data on company systems, and handle a range of general administrative tasks such as responding to email and phone queries. Working closely with other departments, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of the team, while confidently dealing with client enquiries via email, telephone, and face to face, as well as managing the workflow diary.
