Marketing Assistant - 2887

Are you a creative and organised marketing professional looking for your next step? We’re recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join a busy and dynamic team, supporting a wide range of communications, digital, and campaign activities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage internal communications via SharePoint (Pulse).

Keep website content fresh and engaging using WordPress.

Create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Design visuals and marketing materials in Canva.

Edit photos and videos for campaigns and events.

Maintain CRM records (ClickUp) and track campaign performance.

Support events with promotion, logistics, and content capture.

Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
CIM qualification (or working towards).
1–2 years’ office or admin experience, ideally with a marketing focus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Canva, SharePoint, WordPress, and social media platforms.
Organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable but not essential:
Experience with SEO and analytics tools.
Photography and video editing skills.
Understanding of branding principles.
