Kitchen / Café Assistant – Part Time (16 hours per week).
Douglas, Isle of Man.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen / Café Assistant to join our team at Gourmet Shakes N Snacks. This is a part-time position, 16 hours per week, usually spread across 4 days between 11:00am – 3:00pm.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the kitchen with preparation of breakfast, toasties, and light bites.
Supporting front of house with customer service when required.
Maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards.
General kitchen and café duties (cleaning, stock rotation, etc.)
Opportunities to assist with baking and ice cream production.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or café environment.
Level 2 Food Safety qualification (essential).
Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
Ability to work well as part of a small team.
