Customer Services Administrator

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking to take the next step in a contact centre environment? We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team supporting clients and financial advisers via phone, email, and webchat.

Role Summary:
The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, ensuring enquiries are handled accurately and efficiently within agreed service levels. This role is ideal for someone with experience in phone-based customer support and a keen eye for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client and adviser enquiries via telephone, email, and webchat.
Provide clear, professional, and accurate information to internal and external customers.
Identify issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory legislation and company policies.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Understand and explain existing business processes to clients.
Process individual policyholder/trustee extranet registrations.
Produce in-force illustrations and chargeable event calculations when required.
Support campaigns and lead generation initiatives as necessary.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer contact role, particularly via phone.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple enquiries.
Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
