Independent Non-Executive Director Our client seeks an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee to join their team. Role Profile: The Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) provides independent oversight, strategic guidance, and constructive challenge to the executive leadership of the group, while remaining removed from day-to-day operations. As Chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee, the INED leads the Board's oversight of financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance across a multi-jurisdictional financial services group. INEDs are expected to contribute creatively to Board discussions and take decisions objectively in the interests of the Company. All directors must take decisions objectively in the interests of the Company. You must be a Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) to apply.
