Job Description :
To provide a variety of shared services across the entire People and Culture, Operations value chain, including but not limited to consulting to business stakeholders, TAX, Payroll, Benefits, capturing data and quality assurance, to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency & effectiveness. Play an active role to mitigate risk to SAP HR and to identify non-compliance and risk by adhering to strict standards. Implement people and culture best practice practices for a dedicated country.
Minimum Qualification:
Higher Certificate in Human Resources or CIPD.
Experience Required:
3-4 years' experience in People & Culture.
Proven experience as a People and Culture Administrator / Consultant or similar role.
Tax Experience.
Payroll experience.
Benefits admin.
Key Outputs:
Responsible for working on the Payroll, Mock Pay slips, Tax, Social Security / National Insurance, Pensions, and Benefits.
Perform benefits administration activities to assist P&C Business Partners to compile the requisite Offer of Employment by incorporating the agreed upon terms of employment, benefits and salary and coordinate the signing thereof.
Working knowledge of the local employment legislation.
Knowledge of the whole employee life cycle, as this role will touch on all aspects ranging from Onboarding / exits/ promotions/ transfer / sickness / absence.
Provide query management services to all employees, as it relates to their benefit, payroll or employee self-service queries by engaging with the employees.
Ability to pull reports and provide insights.
Conducting Pre employment screening of new employees .
Knowledge of running Fin Scan.
Identify opportunities for potential automation within the data management, onboarding and off-boarding processes and procedures within the organisation.
Utilise various research methods, such as data collection and surveys, to identify problematic situations or root causes in order to continuously improve P&C Operations services across the entire value chain.
