Annexio is seeking an experienced Responsible Gambling Team Leader to oversee responsible gambling operations across the Annexio Group.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all jurisdictions.
This role involves designing and implementing change management processes to mitigate responsible gambling risks, as well as monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of existing controls. The candidate will lead the Responsible Gambling team, fostering a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in team leadership and operational responsible gambling management, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with regulators and other relevant authorities.
