At Think Recruitment Works, we’re growing — and we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team and take ownership of a busy temporary recruitment desk.

This is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships, make a real impact on local businesses, and play a key role in helping candidates find meaningful temporary work across the Isle of Man.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing and developing a warm temporary desk with existing client relationships.

Sourcing, interviewing, and placing temporary candidates across multiple sectors.

Building lasting partnerships with clients and understanding their workforce needs.

Managing the full recruitment process — from job brief to placement and aftercare.

Working towards achievable targets in a supportive, team-focused environment.

What we’re looking for:

Previous recruitment experience (temporary or permanent desk) is ideal, but strong sales or customer relationship experience will also be considered.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive, people-focused approach with a genuine interest in helping others succeed.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
