Housekeeper Supervisor manages and leads cleaning staffs to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe environment in places like house, hospitals, hotels, schools or offices. Duties include assigning tasks, inspecting rooms and public areas for quality, managing inventory of supplies, training new staff, and handling guest complaints or requests. Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staffs, including creating shift schedules and assigning tasks based on occupancy. Ensures that the team follows safety procedures, including the proper use of chemicals and equipment, and adhere to all relevant protocols. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills to maintain high standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
