Our client is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a reputable firm, providing essential administrative and legal support in a fast-paced setting. From managing diaries and drafting legal documents to overseeing reception duties and time recording, your contribution will be instrumental in keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Audio typing and document preparation. Reception duties, meeting and greeting clients. Managing time recording and billing, including Legal Aid cases (training provided). Handling incoming and outgoing post. Diary management and scheduling. Raising invoices and financial administration. Drafting legal documents under supervision. Overseeing case archiving and court post box collections. What they're looking for: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary preferred. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Experience in diary management and correspondence handling. Basic legal knowledge or a willingness to learn. A proactive and adaptable mindset.
