Our client is seeking an Administrator to assist their team on a 5 month contract until March 2026. Role Profile: The Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining business continuity by providing first-line IT support and handling reception duties for approximately 85 staff members. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service and undertaking a variety of general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1st line office support for all IT related issues. Responsible for support tickets raised with internal staff and external suppliers. IT hardware installation. IT related Asset Register upkeep and maintenance. Provide excellent service at the public counter, telephone, and email. Support the operation of the public counter, including greeting clients and visitors, answering enquiries, and managing visitor badges. Sorting and distributing mail. Respond to enquiries by telephone and email. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and printing. Assisting the other team members with administrative tasks, as required. Key Skills and Experience: Prior experience in IT support. Ability to handle sensitive information. Must hold a valid and satisfactory DBS certificate. Excellent customer service skills. Experience of general administrative tasks. Must be available for the full duration.
