New Earth Construction Ltd is seeking two skilled and reliable Groundworkers to join our growing team. The successful candidates will work on residential and commercial projects across the Isle of Man, undertaking foundations, drainage, concrete works, paving, block paving, and other external finishes. We take pride in maintaining a great work culture built on teamwork, respect, and high standards of craftsmanship. Applicants must be competent in all aspects of groundwork, with strong attention to detail in finishing works and a commitment to safety and quality.
A valid driving licence is essential, and machine tickets would be an advantage. We offer extremely competitive rates of pay starting from £19.50 per hour, with higher rates available depending on experience.
