We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Associate to join a leading financial services organisation within their busy Operations department.
In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic Client Services team responsible for managing client and advisor queries, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring every interaction meets the highest service standards.
What You’ll Do:
Handle client and advisor queries via phone and email.
Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and quick problem-solving.
Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice initiatives.
About You:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, solutions-driven approach to work.
Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred.
A team player with great attention to detail.
