This role is dedicated to providing efficient and effective 1st line support across our global offices, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and efficient incident resolution. As Service Desk Administrator, you will ensure high quality technical support with day-to-day IT and application related queries. Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for all day to day IT related queries and incidents via phone and ticketing system, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and preparing equipment and collaborating with the wider IT team to ensure consistent support across office locations | About You: This is a great opportunity for those looking to start a career in IT. Whilst prior experience in a service desk or IT support role is advantageous, it is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed. As Service Desk Administrator, you will be able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users and have the ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities.
