As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and companionship, ensuring each person’s individual care plan is followed with empathy and professionalism.
Full IOM driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
DBS check (required).
Experience in care preferred but not essential — training is provided.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
