Key responsibilities include safe preparation of food, inventory management, staff management and adhering to Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations. The candidate will have an established knowledge of food preparation and the ability to create imaginative and exciting dishes along side the kitchen and management team. a minimum of 5 years in a busy kitchen environment is required. Full smokehouse training will be provided but an enthusiastic and team player based attitude is a must, staff benefits are included and will be discussed during the interview stage.
